Disneyland Adventure!

Our trip to Disneyland was a huge success thanks to all our help.

Grandma Leslie and Uncle Mike were fantastic helpers. Actually,

most of the time I felt like I was the helper. They took really good

care of all of us, not just the girls. Both of you are welcome to come

to Disneyland with us every time we go. It is just too bad that our

hotel was not exactly two blocks from the north gate. We did however

have free parking with our tickets so it wasn't bad at all.

The twins had a favorite ride and it happened to be Winnie The Pooh

It took us forever just to get from the car in the parking lot to the

tram car and finally through the two front gates just to get into the

actual Disneyland Park.

The first full day at Disneyland was Haley's 6th birthday so we

had to stop at the City Hall and pick her up a celebration pin for

her to wear all day. Too bad we never even sang Happy Birthday

to her or gave her a birthday cake. She got just about everything

she wanted that day though. Thanks Grandma Leslie and Uncle Mike.

"Why are you taking a picture of me just standing in line?"

The first ride we went on when we got to Disneyland the morning

of the 15th was the rocket ride near Buzz Lightyear. It was just

a cover ride until our Fast Pass' went into effect.

Uncle Mike and Haley. They were inseparable!

"Don't bother me with pictures right now Mom. I am trying

to kill all the aliens."

The other favorite ride was the Matterhorn. All the girls liked

it. It surprised me because I think it is kind of scary for a kid.

They didn't think the Abominable Snowman was scary because

they kept saying he was from Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.

You know the Christmas movie, in that the Snowman turns nice.

Uncle Marc and Grandma Leslie had to take their own car!

My sweet girls enjoying something sweet.
This is what it looked like the entire time we were at Disneyland.

It was super busy and crazy trying to walk with all the crowds.

When we left that first day there was a sign outside of Disneyland

that said, "Disneyland Full!" Can you imagine the capacity it had

to hold in order to be full? What a busy and crazy day filled with

lots and lots of fun times.

Haley, Uncle Mike, Grandma Leslie, Kayla, Mommy, Keeley

Too bad it was so loud, you couldn't even hear to talk on the phone.

"Hold on for dear life Uncle Mike...Haley has no real license."

Cute face Kayla!

This was one of the longest lines we stood in...just to see Mickey!

It was well worth it though. Thanks Mickey Mouse.

Didn't I say they were inseparable?

So cute, I love this picture of Haley and Uncle Mike.

If you notice, you can even see Grandpa Charlie in the

background. We were in line for It's a Small World,

Grandpa Charlie's favorite ride. Thanks for coming Grandpa.

Too pooped to make it home. We stayed there until about

midnight every day we were there. The girls were such troopers

they didn't even complain until we got into the car. They walked

all day long without a stroller and finally as we were going home

they said, "Mommy, I am tired and my legs hurt."

That was about one of the only complaints I heard in four days.

My girl Haley, Mommy, and Uncle Mike

Keeley on the sea otter. After going to Monterrey she had to

ride on the sea otter!

Haley took the sea horse! Good choice Haley!

Waiting to see Bugs Life 3D movie!
One night we ate at the Rainforest Cafe. That was one

of the coolest restaurants I have ever been inside of. Too

bad the girls were so tired they fell asleep two minutes

after sitting down at the table. They didn't even get to eat.

I swear people must go to that restaurant just for the birthday

brownie volcano. In an hours time we say about 50 birthday

brownie volcanoes come out of that kitchen. If Haley wasn't

already asleep, we could have seen 51!

Waiting to see the electrical parade at California Adventure.

The girls fell asleep while waiting but Kayla woke up just in

time to see all the lights. Keeley was out for the count.
