Haley attended what they call the Summer Fun Program this year.
It is like a summer camp for the kids to stay busy. I couldn't believe
it was only $25 dollars for two months of summer camp. What a deal.
She enjoyed it most of the time and was even excited to attend before
she started. After a week in, she didn't enjoy every day, but she did
like swim days and field trip days. At least it kept her busy insted of
home fighting with her sisters. Toward the end of the session they put
on a little show for the parents. Haley's age group did the twist and the
counselors put on a dance to "Thriller." Most of it was a tribute to
the late Michael Jackson. It was a cute show, however, Haley had
nightmares about zombies grabbing her in the night for a month after!
Go figure!
