Palehua Ward Playgroup decided to go to the zoo with all
the kids one last time before school started. We all met and
enjoyed a warm beautiful day in Hawaii at the Honolulu Zoo.

This was a cross between a pelican and a flamingo. Crazy birds!
This picture doesn't do it justice, but this pelican is bigger than
I am. I swear I had no idea they could get this big. It was HUGE!
The kids all had fun in the petting zoo area of the zoo.
They loved the cute little goats.
