Cartier Suprise

We had a suprise visit from Becca and Joel Cartier. Of course we went to the beach the very next day. A must do North Shore trip. Three tables rocked that day and the weather was absolutely beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better day or better company. Below is Becca and Haley boogie boarding on a couple of nice sets...nice for kids that is.

We enjoyed digging in the sand and cooling off in it too. The sun was hot that day. Kayla was jealous, so she made Haley cover her after she got out. They all had a great time. Needless to say, it took all day to get the sand out of those little tooshies.

Here we have two beach bums snacking on their cheetos. I didn't want them to burn so I placed the towels over their heads, but the wind kept blowing them off, so we added the hats. I couldn't miss that kodak moment. They look so cute together. Two orange cheeto bums.

The girls took to Joel like no one I have ever seen. From the second Becca and Joel walked through the door, the girls were in their arms. I couldn't keep them out all week. How sweet it was.

Haley had to be just like her Auntie Becca and become a computer wiz.

On Tuesday we went on a dinner cruise on this awesome boat called the Navatek 1. It was smooth and really small, so their were not that many people on it. We didn't get to see the sunset because it was too cloudy, but it was a great ride. We got to see dolphins and got to shake a little junk on the dance floor. Good times.

This was the last day they were here. We spent the day at the ever popular water park. Joel loved it and so did the rest of the gang.

Haley and Joel raced down the Volcano. There is no question who won that race. Joel beat Haley by a mile. Too bad Becca couldn't go on the ride...she had a little bun in the oven.

Haley had an obsession with going on the rides that were tunnels and had no light. She like the dark ones. I wanted to see her face while doing so, so I snapped this in the dark. I couldn't quite get the greatest picture because I couldn't even see.

The girls loved Hurricane Bay and decided to ride the waves and take some dives. They were really enjoying themselves and could not have cared where mommy was.

The slides are great too. They go down and up and down and up and down and up until their little lips turn blue. Then they bundle in their towels, eat some snacks and go right back in for another round. They are my little water babies.
