Hey CORTNEY!!! I have the same problem. I usually change my background on pyzam.com but it erases all my side stuff. So I have to re-enter everything and it is a huge pain in the butt. The backgroud I currently have is by changing the actual HTML. I got the instructions from a friend of my sisters. Give me your email address and I will forward the instructions. But I am warning you it took me 3 days to change it. Mostly because I would get distracted by kids and have to start over. I am not a HTML person so it took total concentration on my part. Although it was pretty easy once I got started. But doing it this way I didn't have to re-enter any of my side stuff. It all stayed. The background is downloadable scrapbook paper. Who knew!
