Presidents Day at School

Haley got the opportunity to be Rachel Jackson in

the school President's Day Parade. She looked just

like the picture by the time I was done with her.

A lot of the kids looked like the pictures and were

so adorable. One of my favorites was the Hillary

Clinton. It was a really cute idea and I enjoyed

watching all the security guards guarding the parade

of presidents. What fun it was.

Balloons for the Girls!

We had a celebration at work for new members and there were

balloons everywhere. They were going to take the balloons

and pop them. I decided to take them home and suprise Haley

when she woke up the next morning. I packed them all into

the car and then carried them to her room trying not to wake

her up. When she woke up I said, "Haley, the balloon fairy

came last night." She had a big smile on her face. It was

a fun way to wake her up for school that morning. The day

after when all the balloons were on the floor I had to throw

them in the bathroom to get them out of the way. Then the

girls thought it would be a good idea to take a bath with

the balloons instead of bubbles. What a fun and long bath

that was. A really good day!
